      劃撥/匯款時請註明 投稿者/與會者 姓名，以確認報名身份。

      

  2. Please fill in the registration form AFTER payment. 
      請於付款後再回填報名表單
 

  3. Certificate of Participation will be provided in digital form (PDF). Please see our        registration form for more information.
      研習證明將以電子形式（PDF）發放，如需索取請於報名表單中註記。
